These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of salesalmanac.com (the “Site”), including our blog, waitlist, and related marketing materials operated by Almanac (“Almanac,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Almanac is building a sales copilot product for live calls and related workflows. The Site is a pre-launch marketing website. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, guarantee access, or form a customer agreement for the product.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with Almanac and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. The Site is intended for business and professional use.
3. The Site and waitlist
We provide the Site for informational and marketing purposes. Features, descriptions, timelines, and product plans may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
If you submit a waitlist form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you about Almanac early access, product updates, and related announcements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Waitlist submission does not entitle you to any particular launch date, pricing, feature set, or service level.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, security, or integrity
- Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a manner that overloads or abuses it
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through forms on the Site
- Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and trademarks, are owned by Almanac or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily download materials from the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALMANAC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
