Your open deals come in.
Almanac brings in open deals with their company, contacts and owner. Each deal stays linked to its CRM record, so the next sync updates it instead of adding a copy.
Connect your CRM and your calendar. Deals come into Almanac, call results go back to your CRM, and your meetings show up on Home, matched to the right deal.
Keep your CRM as the system of record. Almanac imports your open deals, keeps them current from every call, and sends the changes back. Each company connects one CRM, and you can switch later.

Next step: security review with Raj, Oct 14
Almanac brings in open deals with their company, contacts and owner. Each deal stays linked to its CRM record, so the next sync updates it instead of adding a copy.
When a deal’s stage, amount or close date changes in Almanac, the change goes back to HubSpot or Salesforce. Stages match by name, so your own pipeline stages still work.
After Almanac grades a call, it adds a note to the CRM deal with the call title, date, grade, summary and next steps.
If the CRM does not answer, your Almanac save still goes through. Anything that did not send waits and goes out on the next Sync now.
Connect your work calendar and your meetings with buyers show up on Home for the next seven days. Almanac matches each one to a deal by the contact’s email or the company’s domain.

An admin connects the CRM for the company. Each rep connects their own calendar.
Each connection uses the provider’s own sign-in screen. Almanac never sees your password.
Every rep links their own Google or Outlook calendar, and their meetings show up on their own Home.
